I am attorney Stephen I. Leshner and I have practiced law for over 30 years. In 1991, I became a Certified Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation and, in 1999, I served as President of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. I was also one of two Arizona lawyers designated by the State of Arizona as outside counsel in the Master Settlement Agreement in litigation against tobacco companies and frequently draft articles and give presentations for other lawyers on wrongful death litigation.
