• Mass tort product liability cases: Years ago, I successfully handled over 50 defective hip replacement cases against device manufacturer Sulzer Orthopedics.  I am currently handling many defective metal-on-metal hip replacement cases, where my clients, as a result of a product defect had loosening of the implant and metal toxicity, resulted in the removal and revision of the defective implant.  I am currently representing clients in cases involving the following metal-on-metal hips:   DePuy ASR, DePuy Pinnacle, Zimmer, Stryker, Wright Medical, Biomet, Encore and Smith & Nephew. I am representing injured victims in the transvaginal mesh and bladder sling cases involving the following manufacturers:  American Medical Systems, Boston Scientific, Ethicon and Coloplast.  I am also representing clients in the Zimmer NexGen knee replacement cases, and cases involving the following products:  Januvia, Zoloft, Propecia, Lipitor, and Yaz/Yasmin.  Finally, I am investigating cases involving Xarelto, and will continue to investigate products that may cause harm to the public.
